The Medical Officer will play a critical role in supporting occupational health programs, ensuring employee wellbeing, providing primary medical care, and promoting a culture of health and safety across the organization.

:

- Patient care- preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitation services
- Experience in managing emergencies
- Manage all clinical functions in rotational shifts
- Supervise paramedical team
- Monitor Ambulance management
- Incident management- First aid and treatment, referral monitoring
- Pharmacy and stores management
- Data management: Documentation of all OHC activities- Records, reports,
- Conduct trainings and drive health initiatives
- Knowledge and experience in compliances management
- Emergency preparedness
- Well versed in managing all regulatory Audits
- All additional work assigned by site CMO in health care deliverables

Qualifications: MBBS, AFIH with 8-10 years of work experience in large industries (Preferably Lady Doctor); registration with relevant qualified bodies

Language: English, Hindi, Kannada (Mandatory)

Good Communication skills and team player

Computer skill: Excel / PPT/ Word
