Role overview

We are hiring a Health Advisory & Doctor Referral Executive to help patients and customers understand their prescriptions and medicines, and to guide them to the right type of doctor for their health concern. You will be the first point of clinical contact: reading prescriptions accurately, explaining medicines in plain language, and directing each person to a suitable specialist within our verified doctor network.

This is an advisory and navigation role. You will not diagnose, prescribe or replace a doctor's judgment.

Key responsibilities

- Complete understanding of medical conditions and, to some extent, medical terminology.
- Responsible for managing all medical aspects of all Tribeca members.
- Obtain each member's past medical history and current medical condition, and take complete accountability for maintaining their records.
- Coordinate extensively with Care Manager/CCs and visiting home doctors.
- Analyze any needs and opportunities.




- Actively proceed with NOK communication after consent from a senior.
- Stay in touch with the member, NOK or other concerned sources for any updates on the member's health.
- Be tech savvy.

Qualifications
- B.Pharm, Pharm.D or M.Pharm, Paramedical, Medical Transcriptionist with valid registration under the Pharmacy Act (State Pharmacy Council); BDS or BAMS graduates with a valid registration may also be considered.

2–3 years in a hospital, retail or clinical pharmacy, tele health, or patient-support setting.
- Working knowledge of drug classes, dosage forms, generics and brands, interactions, contraindications and the Indian schedule system (Schedule H, H1, X).

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
