Job Overview A reputed industrial organisation in Begusarai, Bihar, is looking for a qualified and experienced MBBS Doctor to provide medical care to factory employees, manage workplace emergencies, and oversee occupational healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary medical consultation and healthcare services to employees.
- Handle medical emergencies, industrial accidents, and workplace injuries.
- Provide emergency stabilisation and first aid.
- Conduct routine employee health check-ups and medical examinations.
- Apply ACLS and BLS protocols during life-threatening emergencies.
- Maintain medical records, treatment registers, and emergency documentation.
- Coordinate with nearby hospitals for emergency referrals and patient transfers.
- Ensure the availability of emergency medicines and medical equipment.
Candidate Requirements
- MBBS from a recognised medical institution.
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in NABH-accredited hospitals or Government hospitals.
- Mandatory valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Mandatory valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Good clinical knowledge and emergency-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage medical emergencies.
