Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of foundry machinery, furnaces, moulding lines, shot blasting machines, and utility systems.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot mechanical failures.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure equipment reliability, workplace safety, and statutory compliance.
- Manage critical spare parts inventory and minimize machine downtime.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve energy efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and train maintenance operators.
