About the role

Chiron Data Labs works with technical experts to build the hardest problems for AI models. You’ll bring real design and drafting judgment to CAD tasks that today’s leading models still get wrong.

What you’ll do

- Write original, unpublished problems in 2D drafting, 3D modelling, assemblies, engineering drawings, tolerancing and design for manufacturing
- Create each problem with one clear, verifiable correct answer
- Or review tasks written by other experts, checking accuracy and difficulty
- Make sure every task is hard enough that models like ChatGPT and Claude can’t reliably solve it

You’re a fit if you have

- Hands-on CAD experience as an instructor,



senior instructor, trainer or design skilled
- Strong command of at least one of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA or Creo
- Solid grounding in engineering drawings, GD&T; and manufacturing constraints
- The ability to explain your reasoning in clear, precise writing

What to expect: Remote, flexible hours, paid hourly.
