- Provide medical consultation and primary healthcare services to employees.
- Diagnose and manage common illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies.
- Conduct basic health check-ups and monitor employees' health conditions.
- Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance whenever required.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Coordinate with hospitals and specialists for referrals and further treatment.
- Ensure proper maintenance of medical facilities and medical supplies.
- Promote workplace health, safety, and wellness initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the State Medical Council / National Medical Commission.
- 3–4 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Female candidates only.
- Robust clinical knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies independently.
