Role Description The Materials Specialist is a part time remote role responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of materials that support IndAtt Investa’s operations and client service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating material handling processes, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring that all materials, documents, and supplies are available where and when they are needed. The role involves maintaining accurate records, updating inventory control systems, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to forecast materials requirements based on project and client demands.

The Materials

Specialist will also support process improvements in materials management, help minimize waste and cost, and ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize materials usage, and support decision-making.




- Candidates should possess skills in Material Handling and Materials to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable movement and storage of physical items and resources.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Materials Management to maintain accurate stock records, manage replenishment, and support operational continuity.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with basic financial or office operations, proficiency with spreadsheet or inventory software, and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment are essential.
- Relevant education or training in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
