Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager at The Haute Circle, you will be responsible for building and shaping the brand’s presence in the luxury market. This is a full time, on-site role in Bengaluru where you will lead the end-to-end creation of brand identity, strategy, and guidelines. You will plan and execute high-end launch events, collaborate with strategic partners and premium vendors, and curate exclusive luxury experiences to position The Haute Circle as a leading name in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the brand identity, guidelines, and comprehensive brand strategy.
- Plan, curate, and execute high-profile luxury events and launch activations.
- Build and manage strategic collaborations with partners, vendors, and luxury service providers.
- Strategise and drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, performance marketing,



and targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Oversee end-to-end marketing efforts, including branding, event curation, and integrated campaign execution.
- Conduct market research, monitor performance analytics, and continuously optimise marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the core team to align marketing with sales, operations, and overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand management, and event curation for luxury or premium brands.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns.
- Ability to manage content creation and creative assets across multiple channels.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; an MBA or specialisation in luxury marketing is advantageous.
- Prior experience in luxury, hospitality, aviation, automotive, or high-end lifestyle sectors preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bengaluru while maintaining a client-focused approach.
