ABOUT PET INDIA INDUSTRIES

Pet India Industries is a manufacturing company specialising in PET bottles, jars, preforms and packaging solutions for various industries.

We are looking for a confident, creative and people-oriented Marketing Manager to contribute to our marketing, lead generation, customer relationship management and business development activities.

ABOUT THE ROLE The role involves managing digital marketing activities, generating leads, handling customer enquiries, following up with prospective clients and building business relationships through various online and offline channels.

Prior experience in the PET or packaging industry is not required. Product and industry training will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and support digital marketing activities across various online platforms.
- Generate and handle leads through digital and other marketing channels.
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and support the conversion of enquiries into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, product requirements and meetings, whenever necessary.
- Support social media management, content coordination, online promotions and marketing campaigns.




- Maintain and update lead databases, customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and effective handling of customer enquiries.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or a related specialisation preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing, customer relations, lead generation or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil are essential.
- Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Valuable interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
- Confidence in handling customer conversations and conducting follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proactive, creative and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn about PET products, packaging solutions and the manufacturing industry.
