Role Description The Marketing Intern role at TheCconnects is a part-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The intern will assist in executing marketing initiatives, including supporting social media campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and helping to increase brand visibility for the platform and featured leaders. Daily tasks may include conducting basic market research, drafting marketing copy, supporting outreach to potential interviewees or partners,



and maintaining accurate records of marketing activities.

The intern will collaborate closely with the editorial and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and help enhance audience engagement across channels.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support campaign planning and audience analysis.
- Interest or foundational experience in Sales and Marketing to assist in outreach and brand promotion.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with digital tools and social media platforms; prior internship or project experience in marketing is an advantage.
