About the role

Edzio is building more than a study abroad consultancy. We are building a long-term brand in global education. As Marketing and Growth Intern you represent Edzio to students and parents on digital platforms, mixing strategy, content, paid ads and collaborations to grow reach and brand name.

Duration - 3 months, extendable (based on performance)

Work mode - Work from office, 5 days a week

Hours - 10 am to 7 pm (flexible)

What you'll do : Responsibilities -

- Be the face and voice of Edzio in social media and marketing campaigns for students exploring study abroad
- Plan and run Edzio's social media and digital marketing across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, using AI tools to work faster
- Plan, create, edit and publish reels, posts, stories and shorts that fit the Edzio brand
- Run Meta and Google Ads for Edzio's services, campaigns and lead generation funnels
- Create content that explains Edzio's services, outcomes and value to students and parents
- Design campaigns around intakes, offers,



scholarships and new partnerships to drive awareness and enquiries
- Work with partners, universities, influencers and collaborators on co-created content and joint campaigns
- Spot trends, hooks and formats, and build partnerships that help content travel further

Who we're looking for : Qualifications -

Education and experience

- Completed or pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, literature or a related field (not mandatory)

Skills and mindset

- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Outgoing and confident with people
- Positive attitude, solid work ethic and willingness to learn
- Based in Mumbai or the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (preferred)
