Role Description The Marketing Executive role at Skill Growth Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the Marketing Executive develops and executes marketing campaigns to promote training programs, workshops, and other services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media and digital channels, coordinating email campaigns, supporting content creation for promotional materials, and tracking campaign performance.

The Marketing

Executive works closely with sales and training teams to align messaging, plan events,



and support lead generation and conversion activities. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in marketing campaign planning, brand positioning, and audience segmentation.
- Experience with digital marketing activities such as social media management, email marketing, and basic analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to create clear, compelling marketing messages and collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor research and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment in Bengaluru South and engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in education, training, or professional development sectors is an advantage but not required.
