Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The individual in this role will plan and execute marketing activities to promote the company’s services, develop marketing campaigns, and support brand visibility in target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitive trends, generating leads, and supporting sales teams with marketing materials and presentations.

Executive will also manage communication across channels, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and maintain accurate reports on marketing performance. This role requires proactive engagement with clients and prospects to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to deliver clear messages, collaborate with teams, and engage with clients.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support business development and conversion of leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools and familiarity with digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
