Kisan4U is an agri-inputs platform that helps farmers buy quality products through our website and mobile app. We are growing fast and looking for a Marketing Head to lead our marketing.

Job Details

- Role: Marketing Head
- Type: Full-time, in office
- Location: Mumbai
- Salary: ₹20,000 per month

What You Will Do

- Plan and run the marketing strategy to grow orders and app installs
- Run and improve paid ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google
- Lead our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages and guide the marketing intern
- Plan content for farmers: reels, posts, offers and festival campaigns
- Track results using Google Analytics and Meta reports, and share weekly numbers
- Grow app downloads and bring back repeat customers
- Run WhatsApp and email campaigns
- Reach farmers through local communities, influencers and partnerships
- Watch competitors and market trends





What We Are Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience running Meta ads with a real budget
- Good knowledge of social media, content and basic analytics
- Basic design or video skills (Canva, CapCut)
- Clear communication in Hindi and English
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Bonus: experience in e-commerce, agri or app marketing
