Raymond Lifestyle Limited is looking for a agile and result-oriented Market Development Executive to drive market expansion and strengthen the distribution network for its premium Park Avenue Innerwear business in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive secondary sales to achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop and expand the retail network through new outlet openings and market penetration.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Ensure effective product placement, visibility and brand merchandising at retail outlets.
- Execute market development activities and promotional schemes.
- Ensure regular market visits, beat planning and productive outlet coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive retail productivity,



SKU-wise assortment and sales growth.
- Ensure timely reporting and execution of company initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Distribution, preferably in Innerwear, Apparel or FMCG.
- Experience in General Trade and MBO channel will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of Pune retail markets.
- Target-oriented, proactive and willing to work in the field.
- Graduate in any discipline.**
