RailRolls is looking for an experienced and motivated Outlet Manager trainees to oversee daily outlet operations, manage staff, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Assist outlet managers
- Manage daily outlet operations and staff.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, billing, and sales performance.
Requirements
- Experience in QSR, restaurant, or food service management preferred.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work in shifts.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
