We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.

- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures.

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.

- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and cash flow statements.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks and statutory authorities.

- Monitor budgets, expenses and internal financial controls.

- Lead and manage the accounts team.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel.

- Good analytical, leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to manage deadlines and ensure financial accuracy.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).

- CA Inter (preferred).

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS and Income Tax.

- Relevant qualified experience in accounting and financial management.
