Being a part of KPMG Product Business Partnering team, the candidate will be part of design & develop and deployment of various solutions in the Data & Analytics

As D&A; manager, Oversee and coordinate multiple projects at once, for better project management. Working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders to deliver results on time and within scope with high quality

Understand the tech stack of the product. Work closely with technical team covering SDLC phases including deployment and integration of data and analytic solutions into KCw Workbench

Must possess solid critical thinking abilities, enabling them to analyze complex problems, evaluate potential solutions, and make informed decisions

Open to learn different tools and technologies related to KPMG Audit Data & Analytics.

Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills to ensure cross collaboration across member firms

Understanding of industry best practices about business analysis and solution ownership, with keen ability to gather and synthesize information comprehensively, ensuring that all relevant data is considered in decision-making processes

Strong ability to use technology continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery

Contribute to technical and soft-skills training to continually develop the team's skills on industry specific areas of work

Ensure effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained

Lead / participate in firm’s strategic initiatives and/or corporate social responsibility programs

Drive ideas related to efficiencies, compliance and projects

Sound understanding of various internal frameworks and guidelines; ensuring adherence of self and team

Mandatory technical & functional skills

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodology

Understanding of KCw Workflow/similar Cloud based audit platforms and how engagement teams document their D&A; activity

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have the below

Educational qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant with technical expertise

Work experience

5-8 years of experience years post qualification

3 years of articleship experience mandatory
