To ensure accurate computation, compliance, reporting, and optimization of direct taxes (Income Tax, TDS, Advance Tax, Deferred Tax), while minimizing tax risks and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Tax Compliance & Filings

- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for entities
- Timely filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with advance tax provisions
- Monitoring due dates and ensuring zero non-compliance

Tax Computation & Provisioning

- Preparation of monthly/quarterly tax provisions
- Computation of current tax and deferred tax (Ind AS / AS)
- Review of book-tax differences and reconciliations

Litigation & Assessments

- Handling tax notices, scrutiny assessments, and appeals
- Drafting responses to notices and coordinating with consultants
- Maintaining litigation tracker and status updates

TDS Management

- Verification of TDS applicability on transactions
- Ensuring correct deduction, deposit, and reporting
- Resolving mismatches in Form 26Q / 26AS / TRACES

Tax Planning & Advisory

- Supporting tax optimization strategies




- Evaluating tax implications of business transactions
- Keeping updated with amendments in tax laws

Audit & Reporting

- Supporting tax audits and statutory audits
- Providing data for tax disclosures in financial statements
- Ensuring proper documentation and audit trail

Process Improvement

- Automation of tax computations and compliance tracking
- Strengthening internal controls related to taxation
- SOP creation and process standardization

Requirements The Candidate should be Qualified CA / CMA having experience 3-6 Years in Direct Tax and experience in corporate tax compliances. Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
