Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Responsible for material procurement and planning of Casting and Forging parts required for Vehicles and Aggregates, including Engine, Transmission (TM), Axle, and Foundry operations.

- Effective utilization of IT tools such as DBM, LTP, and MRP for planning, monitoring, and inventory control.

- Supplier capacity planning in line with material requirements and ensuring timely escalation of capacity gaps or supply constraints.

- Inventory management to maintain optimum stock levels while ensuring uninterrupted production.

- Management of Engineering Change Note (ECN/EN) processes and implementation of change management requirements.

- Driving cost-saving initiatives in Packaging, Material Procurement, and Logistics.

- Coordinating and implementing packaging cost reduction and logistics optimization projects to achieve departmental cost-saving targets.

- Cross-functional coordination with suppliers, production, quality,



and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and operational efficiency.

- Monitoring material supply performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain effectiveness.
