Generate current business leads and identify potential clients

Manage enquiries and conduct client meetings

Present our interior design and construction services effectively

Prepare and follow up proposals and quotations

Negotiate and successfully close projects

Develop referral networks and business partnerships

Maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients

Coordinate with the design and site-execution teams

Achieve monthly and annual business-development targets

Candidate Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or a related field

Experience in interior design, construction, real estate or building-material sales is preferred

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Fluency in Malayalam and working knowledge of English

Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, email, Word and Excel

Self-motivated, responsible and target-oriented

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹67,000.00 per month
