Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on management and business-related subjects.
- Mentor and guide students in understanding management concepts and practical applications.
- Train students in areas such as Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Business Communication, and Business Studies.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and learning materials.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and activities to evaluate student performance.
- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in developing communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery.

Qualifications:

- MBA or a relevant postgraduate degree.




- Solid knowledge of management and business-related subjects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good mentoring, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students through interactive teaching methods.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Candidates with prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience will be preferred.
