- Develop maintenance process and ensure implementation.

- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.

- Check civil, MEP, ELV civil and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.

- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.

- Allocate workload and supervise up keep staff.

- Monitor equipment inventory and all MEP/ civil and engineering related assets and place orders when necessary.

- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.

- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

- Ensure health and safety policies are complied.

- Renew all statutory approvals /sanction periodically

- Monitor AMC services and review it as per the time schedule

- Monitor electricity, water usages of the hospital and optimise the usage.

- Ensure cost effective working of all equipments and optimise the cost of ownership.

- You have to take over all “AS BUILT” drawings /O&M; manual and keep in protected custody.

- Perform duty asper department mannul and SOP.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
