Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage Pan-India clinic facilities, maintenance, and fit-out projects, ensuring smooth clinic operations, quality standards, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and facility operations of new and existing clinics across India.
- Manage end-to-end clinic fit-out projects, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely completion.
- Coordinate with vendors, architects, designers, and internal teams for project execution.
- Handle clinic requirements and resolve issues based on priority.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and operational SOPs.
- Manage vendor empanelment, relationships, and performance.
- Drive smooth clinic operations through effective planning, follow-ups, and team management.
