Senior Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with strong technical expertise in industrial maintenance, PLC, HMI and pneumatic systems to ensure smooth functioning and maximum uptime of plant machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-based automation systems.
- Work on HMI systems, electrical control panels and industrial automation.
- Handle pneumatic systems, cylinders, valves and actuators.
- Identify equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper maintenance of production machines and utility equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.




- Maintain breakdown records, maintenance reports and machine history.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in industrial / plant maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in PLC, HMI and Pneumatic Systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Experience in automotive / auto components manufacturing will be preferred.
- Valuable technical, analytical and coordination skills.
