Salary Range: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Summary





We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Incharge with a strong electrical background to manage day-to-day maintenance activities, minimize equipment downtime, and keep plant operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and electrical systems.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, panels, MCCs, drives (VFDs), PLC-controlled equipment, transformers, and DG sets.

Reduce downtime by quickly finding root causes and applying corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and records of breakdowns, repairs, and equipment history.

Report daily and monthly maintenance status, breakdown analysis, and cost to management.

Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machines or electrical systems.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering (ITI with strong experience may also be considered).

3 to 4 years of relevant experience in industrial or plant maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or incharge role.
