Job Summary

We are a growing ice cream, kulfi and popsicle manufacturing unit looking for energetic and eager-to-learn Machine Operator cum Technician Trainees. In this role, you will get hands-on training to operate, monitor and maintain modern food production and packaging machinery. If you are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented and passionate about food manufacturing, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Learn to set up, start, operate and shut down ice cream churning, popsicle molding and packaging machinery safely.

- Technical Maintenance: Assist senior technicians in routine maintenance, troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs to minimize downtime.

- Quality &
- Consistency:

Monitor machine settings (temperature, speed, pressure) to ensure kulfis, popsicles and ice creams meet our shape, weight and quality standards.

- Hygiene &

- Sanitation:

Perform standard cleaning and sanitization (CIP - Clean-in-Place)



of machines and tools to comply with food safety regulations.

- Material Management: Feed raw materials and packaging film into machines accurately to avoid product wastage.

- Documentation: Maintain daily logs of production output, machine temperature checks and maintenance activities.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter or Instrumentation Engineering (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).

- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing plant (experience in food/beverage or dairy processing is a big plus).

- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, basic troubleshooting ability and quick learning skills.
