Role Description This is a full-time, in office Medical Representative role based in New Delhi with Curavea Pharma Pvt. Ltd.

The Medical

Representative will promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Responsibilities include presenting product information, answering clinical and commercial queries, and building strong, long-term relationships with medical practitioners and key decision-makers. The role involves planning and executing daily call schedules, organizing product demonstrations or small group meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads.

The Medical

Representative will also collect market feedback, monitor competitor activity, maintain accurate records of visits and sales, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet territory targets while adhering to ethical promotion standards.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.




- Basic medical and pharmaceutical product knowledge, with the ability to learn and explain clinical benefits and usage guidelines clearly.
- Sales and customer relationship management skills, including territory planning, lead follow-up, and achievement of set targets.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle field visits, reporting, and coordination with internal teams efficiently.
- Comfort with on-site field work, including regular travel within New Delhi and surrounding areas as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for maintaining visit reports, sales data, and communication with the team.
- Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; other graduates with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
