1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Manager to oversee the company's transportation, inventory movement, warehouse operations, and timely delivery of solar materials to customers, project sites, and business partners. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between vendors, suppliers, warehouse teams, installation teams, and internal departments.

1. Roles &
- Responsibilities

- Logistics Management: Plan and manage the transportation and delivery of solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, and other materials.

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability, maintain inventory records, and ensure proper material tracking.

- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and logistics partners for timely procurement and delivery.

- Warehouse Management: Supervise warehouse operations, material storage, stock verification, and dispatch activities.

- Dispatch &
- Delivery: Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to customers, franchise partners, and project locations.

- Documentation: Maintain delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, purchase records, and other logistics-related documents.

- Cost Control: Monitor transportation expenses and identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs.

- Team Management: Coordinate with logistics staff, warehouse personnel, and installation teams.

- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly reports related to stock, dispatch, delivery, and logistics expenses.

- Problem Solving: Handle transportation delays, material shortages, damaged goods, and other operational challenges.

1. Required Qualifications &
- Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations.

- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management.

- Knowledge of inventory management and transportation operations.

- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.

- Strong planning, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of solar products and electrical materials will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
