Role Description The Loan Officer role at ITI Finance Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Shivamogga.

The Loan

Officer will interact with prospective and existing clients, explain loan products, assess needs, and guide applicants through the loan origination process. Daily tasks include collecting and verifying documentation, evaluating creditworthiness, performing basic underwriting checks, and preparing loan files for approval. The role also involves maintaining accurate records,



ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and providing ongoing customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.

Officer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely disbursement of funds and support business growth targets.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of finance, lending principles, and basic underwriting practices.
- Experience in loan origination and hands-on work in a Loan Officer or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and explain financial products clearly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and compliance-related tasks.
- Good analytical, numerical, and decision-making abilities for evaluating borrower risk.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local languages and English preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Shivamogga, manage time efficiently, and meet performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance, business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior experience in vehicle finance or retail lending, and familiarity with local markets, is an advantage.
