About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Compliance & Liaisoning to oversee regulatory compliance, statutory approvals, and government liaisoning activities for a leading healthcare organization in Pune. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of hospital regulations, licensing requirements, and stakeholder management with various regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage hospital licenses, registrations, renewals, and approvals from regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with government departments, local authorities, municipal corporations, health departments, fire department, pollution control board, labor authorities, and other statutory agencies.
- Coordinate and facilitate inspections, audits, and compliance reviews by regulatory authorities.
- Monitor changes in healthcare regulations and ensure timely implementation within the hospital.
- Maintain compliance documentation, records, and reports as per organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Support hospital leadership in risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and governance initiatives.




- Build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders and government officials.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for compliance-related observations and findings.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on regulatory and compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA / MHA with 10+ years of experience in hospital compliance, regulatory affairs, and liaisoning.
- Strong understanding of hospital licensing, NABH standards, biomedical waste regulations, fire safety norms, clinical establishment requirements, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
- Experience in dealing with government authorities, local bodies, and healthcare regulatory agencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple compliance projects and regulatory approvals independently.
- Solid documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
