Role Description This full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role is based in Sehore.

The Life Insurance

Agent will meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial needs, explain LIC’s life insurance products, and recommend suitable plans. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting policy presentations, assisting customers with applications and documentation, and providing ongoing service for policyholders. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with branch staff, and staying updated on LIC policies, regulatory guidelines,



and market trends.

The successful candidate will work to build long-term relationships in the community and support customers in planning for financial protection and security.

Qualifications

- Strong abilities in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with a focus on life insurance products.
- Solid understanding of Insurance concepts and Finance to guide customers in choosing appropriate policies.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and follow-up support.
- Ability to build trust, maintain qualified ethics, and work effectively with diverse customers.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, financial services, or insurance is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Comfortable working on-site in Sehore, with the ability to travel locally for client meetings.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with digital tools for policy management and reporting.
