Summary: Pinnacle Group is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist with 3 to 8 years of experience to support Conga CLM administration and contract lifecycle operations. This role will manage contract workflows, maintain the contract repository, support system users, and help resolve operational requests through ticketing systems. The ideal candidate combines legal operations knowledge with hands-on experience configuring and supporting Conga CLM environments.

- Administer and maintain the Conga CLM platform, including users, configurations, templates, and operational settings.
- Configure, monitor, and improve contract intake, review, approval, execution, and renewal workflows.
- Manage contract repository data, metadata, document organization, and information accuracy.
- Support business users by troubleshooting Conga CLM issues and resolving system-related requests.
- Track, prioritize, and resolve support tickets within established service-level expectations.




- Partner with legal, procurement, sales, finance, and other stakeholders to understand contract operation needs.
- Document system procedures, workflow changes, user guidance, and recurring issue resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve contract processes, reporting, data quality, and user adoption.

Requirements:

- 3 to 8 years of experience in legal operations, contract operations, contract administration, or a related function.
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting Conga CLM.
- Practical knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes and workflows.
- Experience managing contract repositories, document metadata, and contract records.
- Experience using ticketing or service management systems to track and resolve requests.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
