Lead Assistant Manager - Total Rewards (Equity Administration) - 4+ Years - Noida

Are you an experienced Total Rewards professional with hands-on expertise in Global Equity Administration, Stock Options and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP)? We are looking for a skilled professional to manage equity operations, support global stock plan administration and ensure accurate and compliant execution of employee reward programs.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end equity administration, including stock options, RSUs and ESPP.
- Handle equity grants, vesting, settlements and employee stock plan operations.
- Support Total Rewards programs, including Long-Term Incentives (LTI) and executive compensation.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders, payroll teams and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance, accurate reporting, audit readiness and process governance.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Perks or Equity Administration.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Equity Administration, Stock Options and ESPP.
- Good understanding of RSUs, PSUs, equity grants, vesting and LTI programs.
- Experience in global equity administration and relevant equity management platforms is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination and reporting skills.
