Job Purpose: The Executive - QSE Engineer is responsible for quantification, estimation, budgeting, and cost management of both mechanical, electrical, and civil works across real estate construction projects at Adani Realty. This role involves evaluating project drawings, preparing accurate cost estimates, monitoring budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions, managing risks, and supporting project execution within financial constraints. The position requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure exact and efficient project execution.





Responsibilities

1. Define measurement rules, billing calendar and registers for civil/finishes packages; align with contract terms.

- Review RA bills and supporting measurements/documents; coordinate PMC certification and resolve gaps quickly.
- Reconcile quantities and progress evidence; manage measurement disputes with factual records and closures.
- Track BOQ consumption, commitments and cost-to-complete; flag variances and overrun risks early.
- Track variations/extra items; enforce approval-before-payment discipline with substantiation and rate controls.
- Apply contractual controls (retention, advances recovery, LDs, deductions) and maintain registers and audit trails.
- Support change impact quantification and claims prevention with documentation, correspondence and escalation notes.
- Drive reconciliation, final account readiness and closeout documentation handover for audits and governance forums.
