2. Drive and implement HR policies, methods and timelines for manpower planning, recruitment and deployment, performance management, compensation and succession planning in an efficient manner

Relations

1. Provide a positive work workplace for regular and contractual employees to maximise the engagement in adherence to various compliance

C. Regulatory and industrial compliance

1. Ensure timely compliance to all regulations regarding labour laws, industrial relations, security, health and employee well being.

D. Stakeholder management

1. Manage the relation with all the internal and external stakeholders of the unit e.g. local Govt authorities, villagers, local politicians, local police,



environmentalist etc including factory manpower in an effective way.

E. Employee development

1. Identify the training and development needs of direct reports and their team and undertake relevant programs.

2. Assess the performance of direct reports and provide them with developmental feedback and support.

3. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the division.

F. Health & Safety

1. Drive the implementation and strict adherence of the different Health & Safety systems in the plant internal and external audits compliance etc.

1. Ensure Compliance to Various IMS Standards and Processes
