Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in manual and automation testing of enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python, Playwright, Behave (BDD), Azure DevOps, and CI/CD validation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application quality through comprehensive testing, automation framework development, API validation, and Agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT support, accessibility, responsive, and cross-browser testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks and test scripts using Python, Playwright, and Behave.
- Execute API testing and validate REST APIs using Postman.
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, traceability matrices, and execution reports.
- Manage the complete defect lifecycle, from identification and logging to resolution and closure.
- Use Azure DevOps Boards and Test Plans for test management, defect tracking, and sprint execution.
- Validate deployments and support CI/CD quality gates.
- Work with Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Key Vault.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve product quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Candidate Requirements

- 7–8 years of overall QA/testing experience.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
- Robust experience testing enterprise web applications.
- Practical expertise in Python, Playwright, and Behave.
- Experience with Azure DevOps test management and CI/CD validation.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Advanced API testing using Postman and REST APIs.
- Experience building reusable automation frameworks.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with accessibility testing standards and cross-browser compatibility.
