About the RoleWe’re looking for a Landing Page Specialist who can take a product brief and turn it into a high-converting page, end to end. You will own the page structure, the copy, the visual design and the AI-generated imagery, and you’ll deliver work that is ready for our team to implement.

This is a high-autonomy role. You won’t be handed a wireframe and a script. You’ll research the product, decide the angle, make the creative calls and be able to explain why they work.

What You’ll Do

- Research the product, target audience, competitors and offer to identify the strongest benefits, pain points and selling angles
- Define the page structure and messaging hierarchy for each campaign
- Write headlines, subheads, benefit sections, social proof blocks, objection handling and CTAs
- Match page messaging to the ad or traffic source that brought the visitor, based on their awareness stage
- Design responsive landing pages for desktop and mobile with clear visual hierarchy and prominent calls to action
- Create and refine realistic AI-generated product images, lifestyle visuals and supporting graphics
- Present and justify your decisions to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback quickly
- Deliver implementation-ready files and assets, with clear handoff notes
- Contribute to testing ideas (headline variants, layouts, CTA placement) to improve conversion over time

What We’re Looking ForMust-haves

- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience creating landing pages, with a portfolio showing real work
- Strong conversion-focused copywriting, including a working understanding of customer awareness stages and message match




- Solid visual and UX design skills for desktop and mobile
- Proven ability to generate and refine realistic AI images (product shots, lifestyle scenes, graphics) that look credible and on-brand
- Ability to run the full creative process independently, from research to final delivery
- Clear communication: you can articulate the “why” behind your choices
- Fluent English or Italian (written and spoken)

Nice-to-haves

- Experience with e-commerce, DTC or performance marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with A/B testing and basic analytics (GA4, Meta/Google Ads, heatmaps)
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Shopify/PageFlow/Webflow/Unbounce or similar
- Experience with AI image tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Flux, Higgsfield) and editing tools like Photoshop or Canva
- Working knowledge of both English and Italian
