Social Media Strategist

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to plan and grow our presence across social platforms. You will build content strategies, coordinate with the content team, and use audience insights and performance data to strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1- Develop and implement the social media strategy aligned with brand goals across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

2- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar, including content themes, formats, and campaigns.

3- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking to identify growth opportunities and fresh content ideas.

4- Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and video editors to produce on-brand creatives, reels, and short-form videos.

5- Review content for quality, brand guidelines, and tone of voice before publishing.

6- Support paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations to expand reach and conversions.

7- Monitor community engagement and ensure timely, qualified responses to comments, messages, and mentions.

8- Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

9- Test new formats and content approaches, and refine the strategy based on results.

Requirements & Qualifications

1- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.





2- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media marketing or strategy, preferably in a digital marketing agency or brand team.

3- Hands-on experience in planning and executing social media content that delivers measurable results.

4- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.

5- Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

6- Working knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

7- Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva and AI Tools(Chatgpt, Claude) and Meta Business Suite.

8- Ability to present ideas, strategies, and reports to clients or team members.

9- Creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Good To Have

1- Basic understanding of paid advertising on Meta or LinkedIn.

2- Basic photo or video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop).
