Position: Junior Video Editor

Experience: 1–2 Years

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our video production team, working on healthcare brands, hospitals, doctor-led content, digital advertisements, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, doctor videos, healthcare advertisements, and promotional content.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, interviews, and educational content as per project requirements.
- Work on multilingual video versions, maintaining consistency across different languages.
- Perform basic-to-intermediate colour correction and grading, audio cleanup, sound balancing, music selection, and sound effects.
- Add subtitles, text overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and basic graphics wherever required.
- Follow brand guidelines, editing references, scripts, and feedback from the senior team.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within the assigned timelines.
- Coordinate with the video production team for footage, edits, revisions, and final exports.




- Maintain organised project files, footage, assets, and timelines.

Required Skills:

- Positive working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of video pacing, storytelling, composition, and continuity.
- Basic knowledge of colour correction, audio editing, and social media video formats.
- Ability to work with different aspect ratios, resolutions, and export settings.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, time management, willingness to learn, and the ability to implement feedback.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1–2 years of practical video editing experience.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous editing work.
- Experience with reels, advertisements, interviews, or talking-head videos will be preferred.
- Healthcare or agency experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
