Junior Software Tester

Experience: 0-2 years (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Junior Software Tester on the Infinity X team, you will be responsible for verifying that every feature, workflow, and user interaction meets our quality bar before it reaches our customers. You will work closely with QA leads, developers, and product managers across time zones to design test cases, execute test plans, identify defects, and communicate findings clearly and professionally.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who communicates confidently in English, thinks critically about software behavior, and takes pride in shipping reliable software. No prior QA experience is required — we will train the right candidate. What we need is curiosity, rigor, and great communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Write and execute test cases for functional, regression, and exploratory testing

● Validate end-to-end workflows and core application features

● Perform cross-browser and device testing

● Use tools like Postman for API testing and data validation

● Log and track defects with clear details

● Re-test fixes and ensure quality before closure

● Collaborate with teams and communicate test status effectively





● Maintain test documentation and prepare test reports

● Participate in Agile ceremonies and support QA processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

● Knowledge of manual and basic automation testing concepts

● Ability to write and execute test cases effectively

● Understanding of defined testing processes and quality standards

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Basic knowledge of AI model testing

● Willingness to learn and explore new testing methodologies

● Familiarity with Agile methodology

● Knowledge or experience in web and mobile application testing

● Understanding of testing types such as System, Sanity, Regression, and Cross-browser testing

● Basic knowledge of automation tools and readiness to learn recent testing processes
