Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Engineer with solid knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes, precision measurement instruments, and quality inspection techniques. The candidate should have hands-on experience in UTM, Micrometer, Microscope, and Spectrometer.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of sheet metal components.
- Ensure product quality as per engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Operate UTM (Universal Testing Machine)



for tensile strength and mechanical property testing.
- Use Microscope for surface inspection, defect identification, and material examination.
- Operate Spectrometer for material composition and chemical analysis.
- Inspect sheet metal components manufactured through laser cutting, punching, bending, stamping, and welding processes.
- Identify and analyze quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and testing documentation.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of measuring and testing equipment.
- Support customer complaint analysis and root cause investigation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
