This is dependent contributor role offering an excellent opportunity for growth and hands-on engineering experience.

Position Details:

- Position: Jr. Engineer - Production
- Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
- Number of Openings: 10
- Experience: 0–2 Years
- Technical Skill: AutoCAD
- Salary: 25K CTC
- Location: Pashamylaram, Hyderabad, Telangana

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with production teams, supervisors, and management.
- Plan and organize production activities according to the daily dispatch schedule.
- Monitor and ensure product quality meets customer specifications.




- Implement and sustain 5S workplace organization practices on the shop floor.
- Manage and coordinate labor/operators to achieve production targets and efficiency.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of roll-forming production processes and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Positive communication and team-management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic understanding of quality control and shop-floor management.
