- Supply Chain (Engineering &
- Constructions, Water Projects)- to work as a team member in Procurement &
- Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchase, Materials, Inventory Management, Commercial, Purchase, Material Management &
- Vendor Development Management. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical mastery from water and wastewater sector. You will be part of the Engineering &
- Constructions SBU lifecycle from the initial Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) to final handover, ensuring engineering items are procured and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) process for equipment, materials and services.

- Obtain vendor quotations, prepare comparative statements and support price negotiations.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Stores, Finance and suppliers for material specifications, approvals and timely deliveries.

- Support vendor development, purchase order preparation,



amendments and follow-up.

- Maintain procurement trackers, delivery schedules, inventory records and MIS reports.

- Assist with ERP transactions, goods receipt, service entry, invoice processing and vendor payment coordination.

- Maintain procurement documents and ensure compliance with company procedures and commercial requirements.

Required Qualifications &
- Skills

- Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech
- MBA in Materials Management or Operations preferred.

- Basic understanding of procurement, purchase, logistics and inventory management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication and documentation.

- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.

- Positive communication, coordination, follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites across India, as required.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to procurement of pumps, blowers, motors, piping, valves, electrical panels, instruments, fabricated equipment and other materials for Water &

- Wastewater EPC projects will be an advantage.
