Full-time, completely in office

Location: KJ Square, TC 52/936, Kaimanam PO, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695040

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Sunday off

Monthly take-home pay: ₹10,000–₹25,000, based on demonstrated skills, project quality, relevant experience and role suitability.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reach Us Business Hub is looking for an early-career developer who can turn business requirements into practical AI-assisted workflows and dependable automations. You will work on internal business systems and approved external client projects, including work coordinated with Reach Us Solutions. Project scope, access and deployment decisions will be agreed with management.

This is a hands-on junior role focused on building, testing, documenting and improving systems. We welcome capable freshers with working projects and candidates with relevant practical experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Understand repetitive tasks, map the process and build a small working solution before expanding it.
- Build workflows using tools such as n8n or similar automation platforms; connect CRMs, forms, spreadsheets and other business applications.
- Use APIs, webhooks and structured data such as JSON to connect systems.
- Build and improve AI assistants and workflows for tasks such as drafting, summarisation, information retrieval and organising business records.
- Use Python or JavaScript where appropriate for data handling, integrations and troubleshooting.
- Test normal and failure cases, validate outputs, prevent duplicate actions and add clear error handling.
- Maintain existing workflows,



investigate failures and keep clear setup notes and handover documentation.
- Keep each client’s data, credentials and knowledge sources separate; use approved tools and access only.
- Present changes for review before live deployment or actions that send messages, change important records or spend money.
- Learn new tools continuously and evaluate whether they improve accuracy, reliability or time saved.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least one working automation, integration or AI project you can explain and demonstrate. A personal, college or freelance project is welcome.
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON and how data moves between applications.
- Practical familiarity with an automation platform, or coding ability that you can apply to integrations.
- Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully, check their outputs and troubleshoot rather than rely only on generated answers.
- Clear communication, careful documentation and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Willingness to keep learning and take feedback.

Helpful additional skills include Python/JavaScript, SQL, Git, databases and retrieval-based AI assistants. You do not need to know every listed tool. A specific degree or paid certification is not essential if you can demonstrate the relevant skills.
