Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Jr. Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial documentation, along with good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle purchase and sales entries, journal entries, and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage vendor and customer accounts.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Assist with GST and TDS calculations, documentation, and return filing.
- Maintain proper records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for bills, invoices,



and payment-related queries.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Positive numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Candidates with experience in day-to-day accounting operations.
- Should be organised, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
