Position: All-Rounder Chef / Multi-Cuisine Cook

Job Summary

Heights Residency is looking for an experienced and skilled All-Rounder Chef who can independently manage daily kitchen operations and prepare a variety of delicious, hygienic and quality food for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of dishes, including North Indian, South Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisine.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks as per guest requirements.
- Manage kitchen operations independently and ensure timely food preparation.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation and consistency.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen inventory and monitor food supplies.
- Minimise food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Handle guest-specific food requests and special orders.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper storage of ingredients.




- Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a hotel cook or all-rounder chef.
- Good knowledge of multiple cuisines.
- Ability to manage the kitchen independently.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Job Details
- Work Location: Heights Residency, Ludhiana.
- Duty Timings: 13 Hour Duty
- Position Type: Full time.
- Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and skills.
