Job Title: HR Tele Caller / HR Counsellor / Recruitment Executive

Location: Aluva, Kochi

We are looking for a confident and organized HR Tele Caller / HR Counsellor / Recruitment Executive to connect with candidates, explain overseas employment opportunities, and coordinate with our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email using assigned leads and existing databases.
- Explain available vacancies, eligibility criteria, interview procedures, and approved recruitment terms clearly.
- Screen candidates based on their qualifications, experience, communication skills, and interest.
- Collect updated CVs, self-introduction videos, and required supporting documents.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to confirm attendance.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, call notes, and follow-up status in the CRM or tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with recruitment and documentation teams on candidate submissions and pending documents.
- Achieve assigned daily targets for calls, follow-ups,



qualified profiles, and submissions.
- Submit daily activity reports and escalate candidate concerns to the reporting manager.
- Maintain candidate confidentiality and communicate only confirmed information.

Requirements

- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced applicants may apply.
- Fluency in Malayalam and working proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including email, MS Excel, and WhatsApp.
- Good listening, counselling, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and manage multiple candidate enquiries.
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, customer service, or recruitment is an advantage.

Salary: Based on experience and company policy, with performance incentives. Employment Type: Full time, office-based.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
