Role Objective:

To drive digital advertising revenue from State Government departments across North India by leveraging strong government relationships, industry networking, and digital media sales expertise. The role focuses on acquiring new business, strengthening client and agency partnerships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales planning and market expansion.

Key Responsibility

This is a senior individual contributor role with high levels of collaboration

Drive digital revenue growth with various state governments across North India markets

Build excellent PR and networking with state Governments and sell digital ad solutions

Provide detailed sales forecasting on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis

Manage sales activity, pipeline, and lead generation to meet budgeted goals

Build and maintain a positive industry reputation based on service, integrity, and growth

Travel to various Northern states and do face-to-face meetings with the govt department heads

Manage client expectations,



build agency relationships and continuously push for revenue generation ideas in digital

Desired Skills:

We are looking for a candidate only from a digital media sales background.

Candidate should have a rich digital experience across organisations.

Candidate should have prior experience of selling digital advertising to govt and excellent networking in Govt departments for digital media sales.

Overall experience of 12-20 years is desired, with at least the last 5 to 6 years in digital.

This will be a touring role where the candidate is expected to meet State Govt. officials in the North belt: UP, Bihar, MP, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, Haryana.
