IVR Coder (Interventional Radiology)

Position: IVR Medical Coder

Experience: 1-7Years

Location: Hyderabad / Work From Office

Job Responsibilities

- Review and analyze Interventional Radiology (IVR) medical records and operative reports.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
- Ensure coding compliance with payer-specific guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with internal teams for clarification.
- Maintain coding accuracy and productivity targets.
- Support quality audits and implement feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of Interventional Radiology coding.
- Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology.
- Knowledge of anatomy,



physiology, and radiology procedures.
- Ability to interpret operative notes and physician documentation.
- Good analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications
- Life Science Graduate or equivalent.
- Certification such as CPC, CCS, or CIC is preferred.
- Prior experience in IVR Coding is required.
